The Kindergarten Section at EPS Patiala is dedicated to creating a place where children receive quality education and care in an environment that is safe, clean and nurturing, with endless opportunities for learning;....a place that not only fosters a child's physical, social, emotional and intellectual development, respect and manners as well.

Our philosophy is a "Back to Basics" approach where we provide a safe, clean and stimulating environment for children to play, learn and grow in, while teaching children self-esteem, respect and responsibility. We, at EPS Patiala identify that at this stage, children are sensorial explorers, constructing their intellects by absorbing every aspect of their environment, language and intellects

ACTIVITIES GALORE

Educational toys, frequent excursions and activities are provided to make these tender years, while they learn the basic lessons for life, a joy ride for the children. Group work helps to develop social skills, specially for cultural subjects, art and craft, drama, music, games and role-play activities.

ENVIRONMENTAL CARE

At EPS Patiala, students are inspired to become conscientious stewards of (and advocates for) the environment, protecting it for themselves and generations to come. Cleanliness drives, sapling plantations, green drives, re-cycling initiatives and energy conservation talks are a regular feature woven into the school curriculum.

MATHEMATICS LAB

The objective of this Lab is to make the approach towards this rather abstract subject more innovative and experimental. Usage of this lab to its maximum helps us to boost the analytical and reasoning skills of students.

CELEBRATIONS

To renew awareness of the rhythms of the year and foster the children's relationship to the world into which they grow, the whole school celebrates its Annual Day every year. The reason being that the school believes that the students should be given a platform to polish their presentation and interpersonal skills.

SCIENCE LAB
